For some strange reason, Tor is veeeery slow whenever I try it. We talked about that before and you said the speed is always fine on. (...)

ouch - they are in the press for data theft and misuse every second day these days. Just about a month ago it was revealed that they were spying on their own people to find out who is talking to the press after board meetings. Time to get a prepaid SIM from another operator for such calls registered under an alias :-)

Happens to me, too sometimes. Reboot usually helps to get the GPS back online. Another think that happens from time to time is that the A-GPS server in the network is down. You can find out if that is the case if you go to logs and check how much data is downloaded when you start a GPS enabled log. If it is less than 3-4 kb in downlink the A-GPS server could not be reached. In this case it takes the GPS chip an eternity to find the satellites.
